Payer Agreement

This AGREEMENT is entered into today between DISCOVERY PLACE, INC. (“Discovery Place”) and the “Payer”. The “Guest” will be admitted to Discovery Place, a non-medical spiritual retreat for drug and alcohol recovery, for a thirty (30) day period. Payer agrees to pay the cost in advance, or within 48 hours of his admission.

Payer understands and agrees that payment for each thirty (30) day period of residence or services under this Agreement is non-refundable. Payer understands and agrees that if Guest should leave the program or Discovery Place early, against staff advice, or if he is asked to leave because of failure to adhere to the rules of the program, then Payer and/or Guest will not be entitled to receive any refund of monies that have been paid to Discovery Place.
