Alumni, we want you, we need you.
The lifeblood of our amazing community flows from our alumni. That’s you! From the moment you commence from our residential programs we want to see you, we need to see you, giving back in a multitude of ways. We learn early on that the way out of addiction is going in to service.
Discovery Place offers a myriad of opportunities and types of service to help you stay connected to a community of men active in recovery and giving you the opportunity to help out the new guy who is trying to get and stay sober.
- Volunteer in our kitchen
- Come sit in or lead a step group
- Attend a meeting in the evening
- Tell your personal story
- Stop by and play some games (corn hole, cards, etc.) with the guests
- Donate clothes and toiletries you no longer need
